Chris B's Weekly Weigh-in

Yeah, I would say.....creamed corn, mashed potatoes mmm(I'm jealous) :p
I think I gained a pound just thinkin about it! lol
Think skinny, Think skinny....
See ya Monday.......Cabana

Hehe, actually according to Fitday, it was the chicken that killed me! I had two small chicken breasts and a small drumstick, but it had the skin, so that right there was like 600 calories.

Oh well, today is a new day! Plus, I had a great workout last night! My wife and I went up to the gym and she kicked my butt in basketball. (she's the athelete, I have no coordination what so ever. :p ) That was a great warm-up, then I did cardio and weights.

After the gym I had a grilled chicken salad for dinner, to help counter-balance my lunch from yesterday. :) Weigh-in is just a couple days away, and I can't wait! :D

LOL Chris, You're doin' great! And to be excited about weigh day - well, I wish it happened more often on this end!!!! ;) I LOVE KFC!!!! You made great choices for a place like that and you kicked butt working out so don't sweat it :D Keep up all the good work :)

I tried to make it to the gym on Saturday, but I just couldn't squeeze it in. To make up for it, I went today, which is usually my day off. It wasn't a HUGE workout, but I did 20 minutes of cardio and about 15 minutes of weights. I feel better knowing that I at least did *something*.

Tomorrow is weigh-in, and the beginning of the 2 week challenge! Go Team Determined! :D

Chris, great job on the gym make up!! You will do wonderful during the challenge :D Keep up the good work.

I'm down another 3.5 pounds this week! :D

I had a turkey sandwich and yogurt for dinner last night. I wanted something light since I knew today was weigh-in. ;) I'm eating my zonebar now, and I've got my stuff packed up for the gym this evening.

Congrats on the weight loss! You so deserve it though, with all those trips to the gym. Good for you! :)

Good luck to you all on the challenge!

Happy Valentine's Day everybody! I got stuck at the office last night, so I was *really* tempted not to go to the gym. Well, I still made it, but I had an abridged workout session. ;)

I did 15 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of weights. I wanted to be sure to go since I won't be going tonight. Having two nights off in a row might causes laziness to kick in. :(

AND! I've officially moved in one notch on my belt! For a while I was squeezing into the 2nd notch, and now I can get into the 3rd comfortably! I haven't been able to do that for a while. :D

OK,
I leave for a few days and you've joined a challenge! Cool! And you've lost another 3.5 pounds? WAY-TO-GO!!! And another belt notch! What a feeling! I bet you cant get out of the mirror (Or do only women do that?):D

I am so happy for you! All your hard work is going to pay off! Soon, our titles arn't going to be "newbie" or "junior" anymore were going to move to "Senior Members" with great weighloss stories to motivate everyone with!:)

Keep up the exercise, dont let the laziness set in. And enjoy your day off!

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!:p

Way to go, Chris!! 3.5# down AND belt notches, holy moly, you're cookin'! :D Keep up the awesome work and enjoy valentines day with your honey :)

Congrats! You are really doing awesome! You are going to be at your first weight loss goal in no time!! Keep up the fantastic work. Enjoy your Valentine's evening! :)

You are such an inspiration to me. I know that I am in the right mood for this weight loss and work out, and everytime I read your diary, i see how good you are doing and Im like if you can do it then so can i. So thanks for the inspiration and good luck...and keep up what your doing...in no time youll look hot and your wife will be so happy to be seen with you! :)

Thanks everyone! I'm really glad to have such great support from everyone, it really means alot. :)

Last night we had a great time! I took the night off from the gym, since we had dinner plans and all. For dinner I had a crab cake, lobster bisque, and lobster tail. We had planned on having desert, but were we just STUFFED after all that food.

Overall, I had a great time, and I really enjoyed my cheat night. I don't think it was overboard in *what* I ate, but *how much* I ate. BUT, thats one night a year, so what the heck. :p

Its back to the gym tonight! :D Gotta make this workout count.

Well, I did pretty good yesterday. I had a grilled chicken salad for lunch yesterday, and stir-fry for dinner. I worked from home yesterday, I didn't make it to the gym, but I road the stationary bike for 30 minutes and did some dumbell exercises.

Then, after dinner, my wife and I went for walk for about an hour.

I'm glad I got some exercise in yesterday, I was kind of feeling myself slip a little bit. -- This is why I'm not allowed cheat days! :p
