Hi All!
Hi Tempest! Congrats on starting your diet! Your right eating out is really tough at times. When we go eat mexican I usually stick to a taco with lots of salsa! Remember salsa is good for you! If I get a salad, I use the veggies and dip them in the salsa, it virtually has no fat. Its great that you are going to the gym and walking with your spouse, we need all the support we can get. I've never had a zone bar, but I eat the atkins....but Im running out. I was going to go shopping and see what was on the shelf. I usually do some kind of breakfast bar & coffee in the AM--Since I wasnt really used to eating breakfast. They're pretty satisying and usually hold me over till lunch! Cant seem to get much water in although? How bout u guys?
