I was under for calories yesterday. Bummer. I got lots of calcium, though. That's not so easy to do. I started taking a Viactive carmel that really boosts the calcium number.
Yesterday's food:
Oatmeal
Starbucks Nonfat Mocha w/1 pump chocolate
2.5 oz pot roast
.5 oz swiss cheese
leftover chicken/romaine salad from RedRobin
wine
1 girl scout thin mint
tapioca pudding snack
I hit 150 yesterday, too. Yay for me
