How many calories did you get - it doesn't look like you could have gone over? What's your range?

Hi! I just figured out how to reply to a post. Sorry it took so long to answer.
I have a TERRIBLE time working out at all. My goal is just to get up and dance for 10 minutes every day. I only did 2 days last week. I'm going to really make an effort this week. I just started here a week ago, and I haven't learned yet how to get all the water in either. Well, I'm doing better on the food. I hope you have a good day today!
Cheryl

M2M,
AAck! I'm trying to figure out how to reply to posts.
I really appreciate all your encouragement.
My calorie range is 1200 - 1550.
I've been over 3 of 7 days, I think. I've only danced 2 of 7 days.
I'm really starting from many bad habits. I have a hard time getting all the water, too. The posting here is helping me with the food I eat, though. I will do better this week as I adjust to changes!!
Thanks again,
Cheryl

Hey Cheryl! Wow I wish I had the motivation like you do to write everything down. I tried to follow your action and post my intake, but I only did it for yesterday. I kind of didn't feel like it today, with all the gunk I had.
Great intake for you though :)

Hi back lose it!!
I keep track of what I eat on sparkpeople.com, then transfer it over here. It keeps track of the nutrients and so on. I like to see how many calories and fats & stuff I'm eating. I'm so pleased with this forum.
It's kinda weird how people you don't even know can be such a help!! Thank-you!
Have a good day!
Cheryl
