Ok, starting TODAY, my new years resolution was no more resolutions. LOL! No, seriously, I didn't make weight loss one of them. BUT that doesn't mean that I'm not going to do it. My treadmill will be here on Thursday, and I can NOT tell you how freaking excited I am to have that sucker in my livingroom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have an old one here, unmotorized, so basically it's just a torture chamber without the walls. Not pleasurable at all. Whereas the treadmill I used at the gym was niiiiiiiiice and I could walk forever, it felt like.
So my GOAL, is 5 days/week, 30 minutes each time. Minimum. Going to have to jump on there when I put Makenna down for her nap. But it's doable. I'll watch a show or put on my headphones while I'm on there. I think it will make a huge difference.
And water. MORE WATER. I dropped the ball on that one BIG TIME after doing so well for 2 weeks.
