Changing the way i feel

AHello my lovely friends!I missed you so much.I really wanted to log on and tell you that im eating rubbish so you coulndt put me back in place but i didnt have acess to the internet

Well i am in a rush right now , cant say much , but i did go to the loo and weighed myself this morning and i am 82,3...
So is it possible i only gained some gr's?or will the kilos come creeping sudenly?

Yesterday i had
BR Coffee
Lunch Spaggetti w/little cheese
Dinner LOw fat yoghurt
Snack juice

Back on track!MY husband ordered a pizza and i reached out for a piece but then i realized im not on vacation anymore!!!Really feel the need to eat healthy, i feel oily inside !!!!cant really explain that right, i feel i need diet food!!!thats good i think!

I think when you've been eating junk for a little while you don't question eating more junk, which is why you reached out for that pizza without thinking. I'm really glad you stopped yourself though, And I'm happy that you feel bad about the food you've been eating and want something healthy!

I was on the run all day and belive it or not i have had nothing to eat all day and it is 10pm.
I had 2 coffees and 1 energy drink
Nothin else.I am hungry but im going to wait till little one sleeps to have something.I dont have anything really.Going to have to scrape up all bits and pieces.....I wont be over my calorie range though for sure!

My little one was ok no tantrums and stuff like that.But i didnt have a good time.I didnt feel welcome where we stayed.My husbands ,brothers wife...was really rude,making little noises and faces when my boy was eating(crumbs) or playing loud.She was continues moping the floor and cleaning and making a point that she needs help organizing the christening FOOD but then not allowing me to help
She knew we were going to the water slides and the day we went she said to me "you know you shouldnt really go today , cause its the day that i need the most help|, but now that you'e planed it go."
and she was always telling my little one to be quite cause her one year old is sleeping , didnt let him go in the house after she had cleaned it. and many many more little things....I am surly not going again.
We did go to the water slides.I nearly drowned in one...really...i fell of that plastic thing i was sitting on and it turned up side down , i fell in hit the botom and drank so much water i couldnt breath once i came up....I am not a good swimmer too....Well after that i didnt really want to do anymore , i stayed with my little one in the baby pool playing with him.I have bumps and bruises on my backside,on my arms too and my legs!!!it was kind of fun though!

SO im off to read some diaries now!!!

Sooooo glad you're back, really missed you sweetie. Come on, tell us all about it!!
I know what you mean about feeling all yucky inside after eating 'evil' food, i was the same when i got back from camping. It felt so nice getting back to 'normal eating' It's odd how i class what i eat now as normal.

well before nearlly drowning it was fun.Scary but fun!and the bumps and bruises came with the fun!!!!i didnt really feel it until the day after....i think i will over react and take some photos of my bruised body!!!!!
that lady pissed me off like nobody!!!!I didnt want to make a big deal though cause i didnt want my husband and his brother to have a fight,they only see each other twice a year..
Forgot to say that i eventually returned the 2nd dress i bought for that ocassion and bought a lancome face cream instead,a bag and a mascara!!!!!I was tired of looking and then nobody liking anything i decided to treat my Face with my epencive cream!!!
Had some cheese and mini toasts and a diet coke!Just had a kellogs bar and im off to bed!I am alone tonight!My husband is on a trip for buisness and is coming back tomorow!Well im not ALL alone ive got my little one sleeping in his bed and Rubi the beagle walking around the lounge!!!!
 
AIm so happy!!!i found our dog Today!!!After all that running around in the heat and all those km it paid off!!!I got a call from a man that saw one of the posters i put on a mnin market door and he said he has our dog for 5 days now....Poor thing.He was on the streets from the 29 th of August and only the last 5 days he found a home.When he saw me he looked sad and frightened.His little eyes where not happy at all and his tail was down.He stayed in my arms and put his nose inmy arm pit just stayed there like that,
Then when my mother in law came and he saw her he changed a bit.Looked happy and was jumping up and down!Poor puppy!!!Thank heavens i got him back!!!!

I was going to text that silly cow that made me angry just to let her know that the animal is found so she doesnt search anymore but then i decided not to.Screw her the way she spoke to me.

well i had 2 coffees 1 energy drink and a diet coke
2 chicken pieces fried and salad and some cheese

Not healthy but in my cal range.A ate that fried chicken cause i was starving and there was nothing else but the salad.I came home at 7 then had to leave again ASAP to get our dog and came home again at 10 thirty pm...So i am still a bit hungry but its late and i need to sleep!

A forgot to mention weighed this morning back to 82~~~~!!!
I got an email that notified me a question a asked a online version of Shape magazine in Greece has just answered me back.So i log on to see the question cause its been MONTHS i asked them and i wrote i am a 29 year old woman 1,70 cm and 94,5 kg!!!i was ninty six last week and managed to loose a kg please tell me what sort of exercise i must do to help loose weight!!!

94,5!???thats 12 kilos ago!!!thats the start of my journey!!!I feel really proud of myself right now!!!Another 12 kilos ill be 70kg!!!and ill be looking back on THIS message feeling really FANTASTIC and looking SMOKIN HOT!!!

And gongrats about getting back to 82 kg, whoa.. That is amazing how you've just put the weight down! It seems like I wont manage to get under 85 kg ever. :D
 
Erika i didnt put much on while away.And the kg that i did have i think it was water not actuall fat cause its gone!I am stuck here on 82 fro a long time...

I decided today im going to be drastic about this weight loss.

So i AM going to put exercise in my daily program like it or not.

Starting from today.

Did 10 minutes on step , arms weights.

After i eat lunch i will get on my bike.

I am going to make out a programm for the week,about what exercise i must do each day.And i am going to stick with it.Ill do that this evening make out the plan.For today im doing strenght,step and bike.I have to go buy the zumba ps3 disc but im short on cash....So ill just have to settle for what i ve got for the time

I have some dvd workouts and i think they are really hard but i must have different sorts of choices cause i get bored easy

I need to get in the 70's im really needing it.

My body is used to the kilos now and im starting to feel fat again.Think thats good though,getting some motivation back.

Thinking also of starting a NEW diary with my current kilos as starting weight.It seems like forever ive been on this number.Going to check back to actually get the date!


so im 82 from the 25th of August!Thats 2 weeks no loss/...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...DRASTIC METERS MUST BE TAKEN
 
Im soooo happy hes back!!!i love him even more now poor thing.I saw him yesterday aswell and he was so happy to see my little one!He is still a bit scared but i think he will get over it.


Bruises are not sore anymore!

So today in the morning without notice my bfriends came over and we all went to their home so i was a bit Out of program for my exercise.

But this is me.Always.Never can or have followed a program.Badly i have done this to my child aswell.No bed time at night,no eating time,no playtime,it all a mess.Whatever whenever.....So i decided that because this is the way we live i MUST fit in my NON program Life my exercise.If i wait for calm days , staying at home i will never do it.

So we came back at nigh at 9 pm.I washed and prepared my little on for bed.I didnt have muh housework cause i did it in the morning.So i got my weights out did my arm workout , then hoped on the bike and did 42 minutes fast cycling and the bike said i burnt 501 cals!I just had a shower and we re going to see a dvd and im going to have my yoghurt!

Lunch (at 5;30pm...) 2 tomatoes stuffed with rice and herbs!2 thick slices of feta cheese+ diet coke

Glad i did my late night workout on the bike and stuff.I did feel i wasnt doing any good cause it was about 10pm when i got on the bike,thought that i already have eaten and all the cals have just got in to my body!!But then i thought its better than nothing!

Well dear friends i took measurments and i dont really know if im doing it right.Here are the pics.






First is the waist.Think i got this on right?Second and third is HIPS.what is the wright one?I am quite big upper than down.Must i measure the biggest part?or just the Hips whatever the size?and is the second or third the wright one?then u got the thigh.Thats the upper part of leg?look at the tape measurment is it sixtythree or sixtyfour????how sily am i???


Also i want to tell you that i noticed that the cereal bars i eat had 2 differnet calorie markins....One says 91 per bar the other 92...so is it all just rubbish?is it a lie?How can it be?its the exact same make and taste/....

Firstly......Your baby is sooooooo cute :)

Measure what you like hun. The one above your knickers is right for hips but you could take the other one for around the tops of your legs. I am so jealous of your tummy, it is so flat and smooth looking. You look great sweetie :)
I didn't measure myself when i started or take before pictures, which i really regret. I didn't think it would last, like always, so i didn't bother. I will have to just go by the photos i have now.

The alpen bars i have have said 62 cals on the actual bar and 64 on the box.......Gggrrrrrr.......I know what you mean, it is really annoying. I just go for the higher one.
 
AYeeaaa you must measure hips from hip bones like in the second picture. And waist like in the first pic, but I measure it always from my bellybutton cos I wanna know how much Ive lost there! :D
 
Oh i'm great~~~~~I had such a full day~!!!i just sat down now and i fell so tired but so great!!!!

I had a friend over with her son and it was a mad house here with the 2 kids playing.OMG...i had so much ironing this morning to do and i cleaned the stairs going up made room for my dog to sleep better,vacumed , moped , went to the super market , made food , vacumed and moped again cause there was food and juice ALL over!washed my little one then took my girlfriend home.I got on the bike late about 10'30 pm again!i did 42 minutes fast and burnt 510 cals!Then i took my weights and did my stuff for arms!I had a shower and now here i am!!!

Lunch (7 pm...) 4 grilled small homemade burgers(i call them meat balls is that right?) with green salad and i did have some fries.Not many maybe six or 7.

I am so pleased i got my exercise in today again!!!!!

I am thinking of really making it be this time.Maybe 5 days a week and have 2 days off.The exersice with the 2 kg weights for my arms really are difficult.I really make an effort to get through the sets.

I tried on my pair of jeans i used to wear EVERY SINGLE DAY (when i didnt i had leggings on) last winter.Marks and Spencers size 16 stretchy.Well they are a little big!The bum is saggy and if i dont pull the right up the are baggy where the zip is it doesnt look nice at all.I look like ive got a pair o balls in there EXCUSE MY LANGUAGE!!!!!My husband recalled the time LAST january i went in for some surgery on my palm,when i came out he had to help me get dressed and it was really difficult getting those jeans to zip up and close the button!So i think SOMEONE!!!is going winter JEAN shopping in a few days!!!!How lovely!!!i really hope i get in to a size 14!!!I also need new knickers cause even though they still fit the cover the bum SO MUCH they look like granny knickers@!!!!!

Ok so i had to really search cause i like nearly ALL bodies that are slim.So i thought if i could have any one it would be...Jessica Biel.She is athletic but not to much so she is still feminine and sexy.the first pic is Carmen Electra.I think she is so damn hot all together.So there goes!I really like FEMINE bodies,not skinny to the bone,not too big,something in between ,with a little bit of muscle to give a god shape ,tight , not too much.I really like sexy hot bodies!!!!Oh how much do i want to loose the flab and tone!!!!
