Breakfast 2 coffees = 140 cals , half a sandwich with cheese and some margarine 250 , two bites of a sweet made with honey 100 cals
Snack Cereal bar 69 cals a slice of boiled turkey 30 cals
Lunch 225gr (cooked) spaghetti with 50 gr.of grated cheese 570 , a bowl of boiled zucchini,coliflower,carrots 100 cals
Snack A cookie made woth grape 120 cals
TOTAL 1379
105 crunches , 10 bridges , arms weights
That food was extremely oily!!!! I made spaghetti today cause there wasnt much in the fridge and my father wanted a can of tuna in his.So he came in the kitchen and as the spaghetti was in the canister he poured olive oil on.....I had put some in the boiling water already , so i said to him why is he doing that?he said so the spaghetti doesnt stick together that way even after hours its still good and not sticky...he said i am overreacting and that a LITTLE olive oil is no harm!~~~~~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!At least i had taken mine already and put it on my plate!!!!Anyway..im just really praying for him to leave....
I was sitting here thinking of food so much wanting to go stuff my face so decided to go do some crunches instead.My back is a little better today , but the weight liffting did hurt a bit so i did most of them sitting down.
Then i took my dog for a long walk i am trying to train her, think its a bit too late for that as she is 2 and half years old and a crazy beagle.But i wil try to make my life a bit easier by training her.
I just came in its nearly 12.A not tired at all,but must go to bed im up at 7 "30 tommorow.
Katie you would of thought i would be pleased but im not!!!!Still feeling ugly and old...i was walking my dog and so many people where in this cafe drinking and listnening to loud music......oh well....
I took photos of my food but forgot to put the memory card in , so the photos where saved to the camera and i dont have the wire to conect to my pc.

Your husband is such an oil freak! Huh! I could never eat that oily food he wants to eat!
