I currently train with the following routine:
1 day chest and biceps
1 day back and triceps
1 day legs and shoulders
2 days 25 minutes each intense interval cardio.
I'm wanting to develop more tone and definition as opposed to being bulky. whats the best method for this. when I weight train I usually do 10 reps of the heaviest i can lift, then another 10 reps and drop the weight if needed, then another 10 reps and again drop the weight if needed.
any hel pis appreciated.
