Changing my workout

I currently train with the following routine:

1 day chest and biceps
1 day back and triceps
1 day legs and shoulders

2 days 25 minutes each intense interval cardio.

I'm wanting to develop more tone and definition as opposed to being bulky. whats the best method for this. when I weight train I usually do 10 reps of the heaviest i can lift, then another 10 reps and drop the weight if needed, then another 10 reps and again drop the weight if needed.

any hel pis appreciated.

full body routines are ideal for burning fat and becoming more defined, while maintaining/gaining lean muscle. but as incitatus stated, the most important thing is your diet..
 
I've been on a full body routine for 2 weeks and already seeing big difference in definition. I lift Mon, Wed, Fri and play basketball tue and thur.
