Oh, keep it up! This will be one moment that will define your willpower over what you think you have no control of!But I refrained. I had chicken on a pita with tomato (no sauces of any kind), a corn (WITHOUT butter), a strawberry smoothie, and a blackberry ice thing. Maybe not perfect- but in light of what I WANTED to eat I'd say it was pretty darn good.
YAH HOO.
I can't even begin to tell you how good I feel!

Ha ive always involved my girls...walks, bike rides, the youngest adn i do yoga together and i always try to encourage her to participate with me in whatever im doing...lately tho i get her to use the comp when i do p90x...How the hell does one exercise with a 10 and 5 year old around? Aside from swimming, there is not much more I can talk them into - and its been too damn hot to go for walks... even then a walk with a five year old can hardly be called exercise!
