) and I am here because I also want to lose weight. I have started yesterday by watching my calories (No junk food, high calorie products, ect..) and today I did my first morning exercise (Jog for a half hour/pushups/situps/chinups). I wish to make this a everday thing.

3 Months from now.
How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?
Lots of exercising, sports, and watching what i eat.

Friends, my wonderful girlfriend, and hopefully you guys! (My family doesn't motivate me for anything)
How realistic is your goal?
I would say its a pretty realistic goal if I'm going to work for it, I think I can do it.
