Hello my name is Celestial (Not real name :p) and I am here because I also want to lose weight. I have started yesterday by watching my calories (No junk food, high calorie products, ect..) and today I did my first morning exercise (Jog for a half hour/pushups/situps/chinups). I wish to make this a everday thing.

Starting Weight : 193
Current Weight : 192
Goal Weight : 151


How much weight do you want to lose?
I'm looking to lose about 40 pounds.

What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight?
3 Months from now.

How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?
Lots of exercising, sports, and watching what i eat.

Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?
Friends, my wonderful girlfriend, and hopefully you guys! (My family doesn't motivate me for anything)

How realistic is your goal?
I would say its a pretty realistic goal if I'm going to work for it, I think I can do it.

When will you start?

June 5th calories:
Herbal Tea: 0 Calories? :)eek:)
Spinach Dip: 32 Calories (Is spinach healthy?)

Still adding as i go. Its only morning :p

Workout:
- 30 Minutes Jogging
- 20 Minutes Manual Training (Pushups, Situps, Chinups)

Still not done, exercising after.
 
spinach is very healthy but you might want to watch the other things that could be in the spinach dip - like full fat mayonaisse..

Fats aren't bad, or the enemy but you want to stick to unsaturated fats like olive oil or what's in avocados, rather than saturared fats.

you also probably want to eat more in the am - especially since you're working out..
