Today is blowing a gale in Canberrra Australia. I had to go over the street and get some hay fever tablets.
Got on the scales this morning and my weight has dropped to 61.1kg. The no alcohol and extra exercise last week has really helped. I'm hoping to be below 61 by the end of this week.
only 4kgs until my mini goal of 57. I'd really like to get down to 55.
so far today I have eaten 2 pieces of toast. an orange, some soup and a trail bar. so far about 600 calories. I'll be having salmon and salad for dinner so my intake today should stay around 1200 calories. I was eating too much for about 2 weeks and lost nothing. My average intake was around 1500 and I was having the odd drink of wine.
2 days I also ate about 2000 calories.
I have started a weight tracker spreadsheet that keeps track of my exercise, calorie intake, weight and measurements. If I don't lose one week I can see straight away why and just make adjustments.
This board is really good because it is making me feel more accountable for my weight loss. Hope all is well with everyone wherever you are.
