I've been trying to lose a few kilos the past few weeks but stalled last week due to eating too much.

Today I did 30 minutes on the treadmill and have eaten 1000 calories.
starting weight: 62.5 kgs
current weight: 61.9kgs
goal weight:57 kgs
4.9 kgs to go.
 
Today is blowing a gale in Canberrra Australia. I had to go over the street and get some hay fever tablets.

Got on the scales this morning and my weight has dropped to 61.1kg. The no alcohol and extra exercise last week has really helped. I'm hoping to be below 61 by the end of this week.
only 4kgs until my mini goal of 57. I'd really like to get down to 55.
so far today I have eaten 2 pieces of toast. an orange, some soup and a trail bar. so far about 600 calories. I'll be having salmon and salad for dinner so my intake today should stay around 1200 calories. I was eating too much for about 2 weeks and lost nothing. My average intake was around 1500 and I was having the odd drink of wine.
2 days I also ate about 2000 calories.
I have started a weight tracker spreadsheet that keeps track of my exercise, calorie intake, weight and measurements. If I don't lose one week I can see straight away why and just make adjustments.

This board is really good because it is making me feel more accountable for my weight loss. Hope all is well with everyone wherever you are.
 
Hello! Looks like you are doing great already. If you're looking for some motivation, this is the perfect place for you. I have met alot of people on this forum who give me so much inspiration. I wish you luck with your journey.

Well i got on the scales this mornign and my weight showed as 60.3kg's. That is alot of weight loss in two days. Must be water or something.

My calorie intake yesterday was about 1255 and I'm aiming for the same today. I'll see at the end of the week if the lower calories makes a big difference.
I'm looking at joining a gym this week so that I can build some muscle. I took some before pictures last night and they are an eye opener. Especially the picture from behind.

My current bmr is about 1800 so I need to drop a bit to lose weight each week. The recommendation is not to go below 1200 a day.

I hope you are progressing well.

Just to update today I weighed 61.1 so the 60. must have been water.

I just had dinner and my calories have totalled 1250 and I did 30 minutes on the treadmill.

I'm looking forward to see the progress this week
 
bad night

Had a bad night last night. It's coming up to TTOM and I was starving and I just picked at food. Atleast it was only healthy food. But it took yesterdays calorie intake upto 1800. I did the treadmill for 1/2 hour last night so I hpe it doesn't affect this week too much.

Back on the proper eating today.
 
Sorry you had a bad night. I think I had been having alot of bad days for the past two weeks but I'm over it. My head is back on and I'm seeing the future with pounds being lost. Hope things get better for you. Take care. :)

Did alot better today. Iwasn't sooooo hungry. Total calories are about 1200. Food eaten

2 apples
scallop and beetroot salad for lunch
trail bar
chicken and lots of vegies for dinner.
no exercise. am a bit tired tonight.
 
Update

Got on the scales and was 61kg this morning. I think my weight is tracking downwards this week but I'll get my final figures on Sunday.

Doing well today. I've had a trail bar, toast, salad with avocado and I'm having yummy polish cabbage rolls at my inlaws tonight.

I'll put my weight in on Sunday to see how I'm going. I'm also tracking my measurements so hopefully there is some change.
 
Oh the measurements usually get me if I haven't lost any weight. It's usually one of the other. Hopefully it will be the same for you too.
 
update

ate a bit last night. Had about 1800 calories yesterday so that's twice this week. No more breakout nights. I need to lose a bit more weight before my holiday.

Am doing well today. Had toast for brekkie and a salad for lunch and have spent 35 minutes on the treadmill
 
I didn't see your ticker. Did you paste the bbc code to your signature? That's the mistake I kept making. I wasn't doing it right at first... It only took me about 100 tries.. hehehe. So technilogically challenged. I'll keep checking to see if it shows up.

Thanks all for the help. It's nice to know people are reading my board

Checked my stats this morning and I am now 60.9kgs so this week i've lost about 1/2 a kg.

I'm really happy since i'm losing a bit each week. I wan't to speed up the weight loss a little for my trip to the whitsundays in a month. To do this I'm going to not have any cheat days and see if that helps.

I haven't been below 60kgs for about a year. So that goal will be great.

I ate well yesterday. About 1250cals for the day.
