I looked it up & it does mean that. Doing new things in the new year is an excellent idea. We are going to get away for a night more often. I think I'll aim for one night a month. We loved Red Dog: True Blue. It is a "prequel" to Red Dog & gives a back story to the original movie, which we hadn't seen. There were only 5 people in the 9.30am showing, so it wasn't a problem sitting near anyone with perfume on.
My stomach is no longer hurting. We passed a Streets ice-cream truck on the drive down yesterday & I had a light bulb moment. I had dairy ice-cream 4 times over the Christmas period. I usually have soy ice cream or mango sorbet. My Mum was very allergic to dairy. I won't have any more. I had bought it because it was gluten-free, but also much cheaper.
Usually, on the last day of a year, I am glad that the year will soon be over & am looking forward to the new one. This year I don't feel so strongly about it. 2016 had its challenges, that's for sure, but overall, it was a good year.
2017 resolutions-
Lose 4kg.
3 days per week without any alcohol.
30 mins minimum each day planned exercise.
That will do I think. I want to do more steps too, but I won't include that. Cheers, Cate.
