Thanks for stopping by my diary again...its always fun and encouraging to see you posts! I did download the My fitness Pal app yesterday and started using it. Thanks so much for the tip! Glad to see that you "got your wheels back on track" yesterday after that little derailment. It happens to all of us...the good thing is, you were able to stop yourself. I don't really trust myself having anything sweet like that around for the moment..so yesterday after seeing how many calories I consumed, I went to the fruit market and bought some more fresh fruit. I've been loading up on watermellon and pinnaple in the mornings for breakfast and going to cut out some of the walnuts..maybe 3 times/week and not every day.
Living in a hotel and fighting the urge to "get my money's worth" at the buffet is not easy...so I try to adapt the best I can!
Enjoy the Fall in your neck of the woods...I looked again yesterday online and I think I've found the cruise we want to do (It starts in Auckland, NZ and 18 days (and several thousand $$) later ends up in Perth, AUS...so after I get the OK from my boss, I'm going to book it for later January/Feb 2013...already getting excited...I should be somewhere near my goal weight by then..but if not, I'm not going to sweat it...I'm starting to like myself as I am...which is a big step for me...with alot of help from this forum, and especially You, Kate, Munch, Brawny and Feelinggooder,
