Whoops- I seem to have forgotten to post in my diary. I have been feeling really good but have demolished a couple of books instead. I re-read Clan Of The Cave Bear & Valley Of The Horses. I think that series of books was brilliant.
Today-
We had a sleep-in & have gone & got a couple of loads of wood because the rain has stopped. It has bucketed down the last couple of days! 75mls(3") just yesterday I reckon. I had stocked up on wood on Friday thank goodness as it was forecast. I haven't lost any weight this week at all but I have not been on Cohen's either. I have been tracking everything online & it's interesting. I know that Cohen's is the go for me to lose a few kgs quickly but at the moment I am really enjoying my exercise as I have the exercise bug. I am starting Zumba on Tuesday
Yesterday-
I rode my stationary bike for 31 mins at about 31-2KPH. It felt good & I'm about to ride some more. I won't do weights today though as I have been carting wood.
Nothing much to say except that I do want to lose 3-5kg in the next 5 weeks & I know one sure way to do it. Someone send me a kick up the back-side to motivate me please. I want my clothes to be loose when we go to Sth Aust in October....<6 wks time!! It won't happen by magic!
