Hi ya Nuthead :D Protein is a good thing... today I think I got too much though since I haven't even eaten my points worth for the day and I am not even remotely hungry :rolleyes:

Food so far today:
bran muffin

LF ham
spicy coleslaw

turkey veggie chili
skim milk
1 cookie :eek: tryin' to suck up points...

Still only at 20 of 24 points today.....

water so far : 32 oz :(


Okay. I know tomorrows WW weigh-in is gonna show a gain, but it WILL go away!!! Back on track and ready to roll :D
 
So what took us all off the wagon this week? I had a really bad week. I'm up 4 lbs!!!! Not good. I did feel as though 156 was a bit low since I lost 5 lbs. in one week. Hmmm ...
Your food looks great - how oh how do you stay under points???? Your chili sounds like the chili I make. It's so yummy! I really think it helps me lose. That is, when I avoid eating corn muffins w/ it!
Let's work together to have a better week! I was great in the exercise dep't, but food is another story.
 
Well, I weighed in this morning and, just as I suspected. A gain. I weighed in at 182.7 :eek: Thats a 1.5 gain since last Monday.... I'll take it since, considering how last week went, I really deserved more.


MO2, protein works for me every time. I eat my main portion of carbs for breakfast and reduce them for lunch and try to avoid them for dinner. Protein keeps me full longer so I am less apt to snack. I also try hard to stay busy for my "hours of snacking weakness" :eek: My chili (one serving) is 6oz of ground turkey, a total of 2 cups of 0pt veggies, 1/2 C FF salsa (0 pts) and chili powder. Simple, quick and ultra spicy so it makes me suck up the water :D If I have the points left, I top with a bit of LF cheese and/ or FF sour cream. I love it! Lets kick butt this week! :D My exercise will be sketchy this week since I have to get to work earlier and wont' get home until later, but you can bet it will get in even if I have to SNEAK it in!

Hey ya Nutty Buddy! I WAS almost out of the 180's :eek: Then last week happened.. I WILL remedy that this week though :D I am determined - and you ARE comin' with me so get to it! LOL I really did try to get all my points in yesterday, but I can only eat so much before I bust! LOL I will try hard to do better the rest of this week! :D

Korrie and Dana, thanks for stoppin' in :D This weekend was SO boring (no kids to keep me hoppin' and all I did was grocery shop- not real exciting) but it doesn't happen too often so I sucked up the opportunity to be bored :D LOL Today was good (only the boys dentist appt. left to go) - I just hope the rest of the week goes as well!

I actually only ate the second sandwich to suck up points :eek: I wasn't even hungry - I hope I can get all my points in for dinner since I'm not hungry YET.

Okay. off to get the kids ready for the dentists visit - this otta be fun! (NOT!)

Your chili sounds great! No beans? Mine has kidney beans, ground turkey, celery, onions, crushed toms, tomato sauce, garlic salt, pepper, and chili powder. It is so yummy! I'm reasonably sure it's low in points. I sort of calculated it out by serving to be 3 or 4 depending on how much I serve myself.

Well, it looks like you're doing great and the lbs. are coming off!
 
Hi all!

Tina, I am determined to see atleast two pounds gone! ( I just hope the scale is in a cooperating mood! LOL) This whole week will be sporadic as far as makin' it to post here. The kids aren't in school this week so I am goin' in to work early (6am) and working later (5pm) while I am able to. I am so tired when I get home, I make dinner, try to post (if I don't fall asleep in the chair first) then go to bed :eek: Next week I will be back to my "normal" schedule and definitely hit everybodys diaries - this week will be kind ahard but I'm gonna try :)

Nutty Buddy, we are constantly on the same page! LOL Can't tell we're from the same peanut plant, huh :rolleyes: :D LOL I am watchin' you too so don't get hit by the train - I hate messes!! :p:D LOL

MO2, I like beans in my chili but I dont' add them at night. THey add points I'd rather take up with meat and they are high in carbs which I try like the devil to avoid at night :eek: During the day though, I make a bean dip (my fave canned beans, rinsed and drained w/ salsa and hot sauce then pureed) that I eat like its goin' outta style and ON EVERYTHING! :D YUMMY! I wish the pounds would come off faster but I am movin' - thank goodness! LOL

LF chicken alfredo w/ broccoli (10) [added 1/4 C whole wheat pasta against my better wishes to suck up a couple points so I wasn't short :(]


water today :32 oz (lost tap water at work so no potty so no drinkum's - serious hygene issues! LOL)

well, gotta hit the hay. Serious eyeball blurrin' goin' on *sigh* Think I actually shoulda gone t' bed when I got home - just a stubborn cuss, I guess :rolleyes:
 
no drinkums...lol... I keep a case of water in my trunk, that way, whereever I go, I can grab a water or two and be good to go:)

Hope you get a really restful sleep (ahh, sleep *sigh*) and have a great day tomorrow :)

Well, food has been good (very few "short" points days and no overages) and this week has been killer exercise! LOL It was spring cleaning week at work - I don't think I have ever spent so much time cleaning in a week!!!! Every muscle in my body is KILLING ME!!! LOL it was weight training, endurance testing, and cardio all in a day all week!!! LOL It is absolutely crazy! I have never seen a company "spring clean" like this - the WHOLE building, top to bottom and all around the sides! LOL

Well, I have to get dinner, but I will try to get back and pop in on y'all! I miss stoppin' in to sees ya!!!
 
Oh man Cassie, I haven't been by your journal in so long, I'm sorry!! Exams just fritzed my brain and I was barely even keeping up on my OWN journal!

In any case, I'm so happy to see you're still making progress :D I bet you will too drop that 2 by your monday weigh-in! I'll come by some more I promise, just as long as you keep up your great efforts!
