Well, I weighed in this morning and, just as I suspected. A gain. I weighed in at 182.7

Thats a 1.5 gain since last Monday.... I'll take it since, considering how last week went, I really deserved more.
MO2, protein works for me every time. I eat my main portion of carbs for breakfast and reduce them for lunch and try to avoid them for dinner. Protein keeps me full longer so I am less apt to snack. I also try hard to stay busy for my "hours of snacking weakness"

My chili (one serving) is 6oz of ground turkey, a total of 2 cups of 0pt veggies, 1/2 C FF salsa (0 pts) and chili powder. Simple, quick and ultra spicy so it makes me suck up the water

If I have the points left, I top with a bit of LF cheese and/ or FF sour cream. I love it! Lets kick butt this week!

My exercise will be sketchy this week since I have to get to work earlier and wont' get home until later, but you can bet it will get in even if I have to SNEAK it in!

This weekend was SO boring (no kids to keep me hoppin' and all I did was grocery shop- not real exciting) but it doesn't happen too often so I sucked up the opportunity to be bored

LOL Today was good (only the boys dentist appt. left to go) - I just hope the rest of the week goes as well!

I actually only ate the second sandwich to suck up points

I wasn't even hungry - I hope I can get all my points in for dinner since I'm not hungry YET.
Okay. off to get the kids ready for the dentists visit - this otta be fun! (NOT!)
