Breakfast:
1 packet instant oatmeal
1 cup Silk chocolate soymilk
Snack:
1 banana
1 serving raisins
Lunch:
1.5 cup lentil soup
1 serving baby carrots
1 serving mixed nuts
1 cup apple juice
Snack:
lots and lots of chocolate
Dinner:
2 cups grilled vegetables
4 fajitas
1 serving chips
0.25 c salsa
0.5 c refried beans
0.25 c Spanish rice
Exercise:
swimming laps, 30 minutes
Chocolate overload!!!! Way too much. About five servings of Cadbury Mini-Eggs. I am officially DONE with sweets. Being on my period is not an excuse.
