Here are some new pics...they look sort of the same but there are a few small differences. I think I'm about five pounds lighter in the new ones (they are on the left). In the first pic, the new pic is on the right.
I leave for my trip in about a half hour. Wish me luck! Post lots of encouraging messages while I'm gone, I need them. I broke down crying in front of my boyfriend this afternoon. I figured if I lost weight, all my food issues would go away. But I am under a lot of stress because I'm trying to get a new job (I've been told by the guy hiring me that it's between me and one other person) so I've eaten way too much this week. I HAVE been exercising a lot though, and I've taken workout clothes for retreat. I'm just having a hard time. I feel like the weight should be coming off quicker, and I know that I need to cut down the cals just a tad. I'm thinking 1800-1900 a day, 70-80g protein.
