Thanks y'all!
I ran 2.5 miles yet again...three days in a row! Yipee
Eating was decent yesterday but I did indulge in some Taco Bell. I still kept my cals around 1600. I kind of wish this weight would just drop off already....I think it's going to take me awhile. I need to incorporate some resistance training and yoga with my running...school is starting next week and I am going to try to squeeze all that into my schedule. Ugh, I really am not looking forward to school this year. At least I only have 2semesters left!
A little over a month ago I was running twice a week at the most, drinking sweet teas and cappucinos daily, and eating unhealthy foods...I'm really proud that I have changed for the better. I am really hoping this can be permanent for me. Weight loss is so difficult but so is weight maintenance...it seems everytime I reach a goal I get lazy and the weight creeps back.

Maybe it's the running and electrolyte loss???? Well, at my 2nd favorite beer pub, they used to have pretzels out and I used to eat and eat them and get pissed off that I ate too many. I went back and they don't buy pretzels anymore. GOOD!
