big angry hippo said:It's not too bad for bulking. People do cardio to keep fit so that when they do cut, they won't be too out of shape. It's always good to keep your heart healthy. And when people bulk, they tend to gain a little bit of fat. Cardio makes an effort to minimize some of the fat gained. Just don't spend too many days on it. Perhaps 2-3 times a week is more than sufficient on a bulking diet.
