I read elsewhere that you are now eating 1000-1200 calories a day and I was wondering if you were able to stick to that? Do you have to use tricks to fool yourself into thinking you are full? (i.e. drinking warm water or something)? Or did you go around feeling hungry for a few weeks and then it went away?
If you have already commented on this elsewhere, I'm sorry there is too much going on on the forum (which is probably a good thing, the more supporters the better), I haven't found it.
