Yeah we're all gonna have to raid Debi's weather now. Not so nice here presently and won't be for days to come.

I do have a lot of heart though, I don't need weather per se but it sure helps.

As Kosmo Kramer says: "Weather doesn't 'do it' for me" :)

Okay, okay (she says with a whine in her voice) But can I at least say the F word the whole way, while the wind slaps me hard in the face and my pant legs whip around my legs like saran wrap on a turkey??? Can I? Can I, huh?

Go to my diary. The F word is always welcomed there. I have no jurisdiction here.
 
Ok I give. I got up early and walked this morning. It was cold and windy, but not as bad as yesterday and its out of the way now. I also seem to be off my plateau. Unfortunately, I was all set to go out to lunch with my mom and step-dad this morning and my step-dad had another ministroke :(. He's in his early 80s, but they're still kinda newlyweds and he's very good for her. I hope his health improves.

Sorry about your step-dad, hope he is doing better... being mortal is no fun.
Anyway, keep up the walks, thats such a good routine to have, and you sure are seeing results:)

Hi Cannon....I am way behind on getting in to read and post...two dreadfully busy days at work. Sending prayers for your step-dad...for a full recovery. And mucho congratulations on that 391!! :)
