Cannon's Journal

Well I went shopping for that suit today and found a real nice pinstripe blue suit at Rochester Big and Tall. I was really happy with it because it will be nicely tailored to fit me well. I also was happy because it was a 56 suit and at my largest, I was a 64. Today is a uniquely Illinois holiday - Pulaski Day. Our large Polish population lobbied for a day off celebrating the founder of the American Cavalry.

it's a holiday? thenwhy the heck am i working?

way to go on the new suit :) be sure to do some modelking for us :) work that attitude and strut your stuff and such :)

Hey Cannon!!

Congrats on breaking the soundbarrier, I think I could hear everyone cheering for you all the way over here:) But even more I am so happy you got to the 3's, you deserve it so much after the couple of rough times you've been through. But this just state the fact: you are getting to you goal, you are a rock!!!
And way to go with the suit, that is an awesome difference in size, amazing:D
Have a great day:)

Thanks for all the support. This has been a bit of a rough week, but it should be a good weekend this time. I decided I'm not even going to weigh myself this week in an effort to really concentrate on changing the lifestyle. I didn't really overdue the quantity, but there were some highly caloric things involved.

Its should be more about the healthy life than if the scale moves, yet thats what we focus on. I am really glad you are staying focused. Hope you have a nice weekend!

Hi Cannon!
I just heard through the public grapevine around here that you are officially OUT of the 4's and into the 3's!!

That is FANTASTIC!!

Very proud of you! :D

Geez, I havn't been in your diary in a long time, I pop in and there you are in the 3's! Great job and congrats on the sweet pin stripes! Have a great day!

Sorry I haven't been around. Friday was going to be catch up on diary day and I got hit with this nasty spyware. Its actually a dialer that has kept me off the internet while I tried to work it out. I have just ran Spyware Doctor in safe mode and partly to test out the fix I'm online for the first extended period of the weekend. I'm trying to make sure its OK. So far so good, but its too early to tell. If that works I will post in here and visit your other diaries as well.

Hey you congrats ont eh suit and isnt it funny how getting smaller clother clothes makes us so much more confident - I feel great int eh smaller clothes I bought - like im hot stuff or somethig even though I am along way from that

and your higly caloric statement kinda sounded naughty lol

Im sorry I havent been around much as well - Ive been just poppin by not really posting much except in my diary...

I hope you get all your comp probs worked out - I hate that spy wear crap and such

The good news is I think it is finally gone. Last night when I thought it was gone it wasn't, but I found a way to unslave my old hard drive so it would start in safe mode and I think and hope that did the trick. Its so infuriating when you think you have it gone and it pops up a few minutes later. I paid $30 for Spyware Doctor to fix it so I hope it worked.

I hope so we miss seeing you around regularly :D:D:D

I'm still infected. It was gone for a day and a half and it came back. I decided to try something different and download a host file from the web. Its been 15 minutes, I hope it works. It has been so long since I visited other people and saw how they were doing.

Personally, I'm stressed. The computer acting up has been an annoyance and work is tough. This is testing time which has been extended for 2 weeks. Basically I spend 6 hours with 33 seventh graders with one 15 minute lunch break and have to find a way to keep them quiet for half that time. I also have the principal at my school trying to get me to stay, but I'm not doing it in my current position. She told somebody yesterday she was glad I changed my mind about leaving. Well, that's news to me lol. Personally, I'm not doing so bad really, but it is a rough time.

medication will help - just drop some valium into their juice boxes and you have no problem.. or perhaps some grain alcohol punch? can't taste the booze and they'll pass out.. It's not like 7th graders these days don't drink or something :)

I'm just trying to help :)

I hope things do improve...

Sorry to hear abt your tough time but things will get bettr - what is you do agian at the school ? - 6 hours 33 students and 7th grade yucky age - one of mine is in grade 7 and on 15 min lunch - eeewww -

I'm a 7th grade social studies teacher. Testing makes things much more difficult for the next two weeks. I'm surviving though. The one nice thing about testing is it does mean less work to bring home with me.
