My whole family has poor immune systems and I know its not the result of a poor diet or lack of sleep. I can put up with this diet for a week or two if necessary to stop this cough. I am taking a dietary supplement to boost my immune system and it has a lot of the good vitamins I'm missing. Currently my diet consists of meat, cooked veggies, sandwiches for lunch, and Lean Pockets for breakfast. I am drinking a ton of water too. I am able to do what it takes to limit my calories enough to start losing my holiday weight again, but I actually am looking forward to eating healthier again soon.
