Thanks for visiting folks. I will hit everybody else's diary tomorrow. I had 2 papers and a final due today so my 2 and a half month long string of 7 hours sleep came to an end last night and I don't think I'll lose anything this week. However, I had a victory of sorts yesterday. I was stressed and bored at the same time and that combo would always cause me to munch all night long and pig out while studying. I did snack a little on some Smart Food popcorn, but I left at least 1500 calories behind and maybe 2000. That's a victory and it may not be apparent when I weigh in tomorrow, but its a big lifestyle change. I'm making the good choices and that scale will start cooperating soon.
