And you're a good person for giving the kid a little slack. Sometimes it's one person that can keep a kid from getting into serious trouble. Hopefully he recognises the change in himself too.
 
Hey Cannon!! I hope this week rates as one of the best you've had in a long time. The young man you mentioned may never forget you or the influence you had on him.
 
Sorry I haven't posted in a few days, but I've been really busy this week. It is the last week for my grad class and a big deadline week for my internship. I'll catch up over the weekend. I'm back on track and below where I was 2 weeks ago.
 
Things are really crappy this week. I had an obnoxious librarian never show up for my class and I won't be home from school before 7 anyday until Friday. That said the food is going well enough though I haven't had a chance to go to the store which kind of sticks me for lunch.

I feel you Cannon, my week has been a crap shoot health wise. I did manage to get my 2 miles in today, but because of the hectic schedule my food intake has been the pits...just haven't been able to eat during the day. *sigh*

Friday is coming...I just keep saying that to myself...Friday is coming!
 
Thanks for visiting folks. I will hit everybody else's diary tomorrow. I had 2 papers and a final due today so my 2 and a half month long string of 7 hours sleep came to an end last night and I don't think I'll lose anything this week. However, I had a victory of sorts yesterday. I was stressed and bored at the same time and that combo would always cause me to munch all night long and pig out while studying. I did snack a little on some Smart Food popcorn, but I left at least 1500 calories behind and maybe 2000. That's a victory and it may not be apparent when I weigh in tomorrow, but its a big lifestyle change. I'm making the good choices and that scale will start cooperating soon.
 
Congrats on the loss Cannydoodle!! May not be much but by still a victory and you know what they say, a war is won in small victories. You're doing great!! :D:D:D
