Please don't try to lose 10 lbs. Assuming your a small framed girl, your actually a little underweight. Albeit by only 4 lbs, your natural healthy weight is 126. All you need is to distribute the weight.
you should take in 2000 calories a day with a moderate activity level. That will maintain your weight. Any less than say 1600 can risk you going into starvation mode, we don't want that. You wont blast the fat away from your buttocks/thighs like that! Eat 5-6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going. Try this website - , its a good free online food journal to keep track of calories and macronutrients. Try to split your calories 40 percent carbs, 40 percent protein, 20 percent fat. If your eating less than what you are supposed to, you could gain a few lbs when you start eating more. This is normal and dont be alarmed. Your body has to adjust to a new eating pattern. Keep up the exercise. Maybe throw a little bit of light strength training in for good measure.
