hello,I want to know something about calve raising.well ive notice poeple use a step or weights etc,when doing calve raises,and the way i do them is plain .I simply stand on my tipy toes and come down on my heels.will this way give me results and is it the same thing as using a step.I did see some result in my hops.well bigger calves mean bigger hops.right.Anyway is this way ok.Any help would be greatly appreciated,thanks.
PS-Im thinking of doing 500 every day starting from 50 and going up,as days go by...this should give me stronger calves right,and i should see results in approximately .........would be better if professional exercise coach replied my question.thanks for your attention.
