How does everyone go about this? Do you write down how many cals you intake per day? And how do you find out out many calories are in somethings, like applies, bananas, etc that do not have nutrtional info on them bc u pick them, or they just don't have them? Is there a quick resource to get this info?
Also, with eggs, is there any particular way u should eat them, or is anything ok, as long as u eat them? (I'm trying to increase my protein.) one more q: I have a salad everyday for lunch. I have been putting popcorn chicken in it to add protein (it's the frozen kind, though). Is this ok, or should I go back to putting slices of ham in the salads?
