I'm in the UK too!! I'm from Sussex, England!! I was wondering if someone could help me. I tried making a weight loss ticker but whenever I try put it on here it says invalid file... any thoughts?

I've lost 8 lbs so far this week putting me at 232 with lots more to lose!!
