Thanks for stopping by Blancita!
This morning I was down .2 lb so I am at 162 now. I am excited about getting to the 150's
I usually eat about 1 cup- 1.4 cups rice dry (which translates to a lot when you cook it) per day depending on if it's a low day or high, I eat lots of almonds, some sweet potatoes (on high days) eggs whites, tuna, chocolate or vanilla whey protein powder (which I mix with my sweet rice and it is soo yummy and creamy), veggies, I take a superfood green supplement to get in extra nutrition, on higher days I also have my delicious Isagenix chocolate shakes which I swear have replaced ice cream in my book they are so creamy and yummmmmmy!
I eat all day long, 5-6 times a day. I still am at only 2 cardios per week, trying for 4-5 short resistance sessions (t-tapp, not weights usually).
So anyway, life is going good, I'm just chugging along. Some days it seems like time is standing still but then I get on the scale and surprise! a new low! The scale weight really means nothing because I weighed 156 a few years ago at size 12, now I am 162 at size 10. Hahahahaha!!!! Can hardly wait for size 8!!!!! Dang

My arms are really looking muscley especially my delts and triceps. I KNOW I am going to be lean and small at the end of this semester! And I'll be able to eat lots of food like I want to!! Yay!!
On another note- I had my first voice lesson today and I am super pumped- my range has been really low for awhile although in hs I was able to sing mezzo soprano. my teacher explained to me that cheerleading taught me to use my voice in my throat and lower body instead of keeping it in my head, face area. Just with todays lesson I am already singing higher and it sounds so much prettier and pure. I am very excited. Now I'm off to an interview for my school's mock goverment legistature competition team. I love mock trial- it's absolutely exhilerating!
