Callie's Lifestyle Transformation

Well today's new low was 158.2 lbs. i did a split cardio monday and a single yesterday for 20 minutes. Today is t-tapp and things are going well although I've felt a bit hungrier lately, like my high days which are usually too much food are not quite enough. Probably from the added cardio's lately. I'm now up to 5 for this week, although I may drop one at the end of the week if I reach my goal before then for the week.
 
I took a calorie drop- 200 cals every day- so my low day is 1493 and my high day is 2093. Even though those numbers are relatively high for the "normal' way of dieting, it sounds so low to me because I've enjoyed eating so much food and losing fat, but things were slowing down and I want to see quicker losses. I did the Basic workout for t-tapp tonight , im heading to the gym later and I did intervals this morning for my cardio.
