My aim last week was to avoid the 'extra' snacks I've been foolishly indulging in and not keeping great track of (these 'healthy fruit bar' style things which are actually 150kcal, sugar topped wafercake type things) and also to avoid the diet sodas, as I had a feeling these are responsible for increasing my appetite in the evenings. That, coupled with keeping up the momentum and walking the same distance I do through the week, on the weekend, has I think helped to contibute to me reaching my next milestone of 20 stones/280 lbs, which is 3 lbs down on last week, 40lbs down since I started back in October '10, yay. I haven't been under 20 stones since I was 20 years old, which is six years ago... so it's very exciting to be waving bye bye to this weight.
