I'm a little off my game but I did log my food Thursday and meant to post Thursday night but I was exhausted. Better to post late than never because this is how I've been eating lately.

Breakfast-
2 gluten free ancient grains waffles (210 calories, 39 grams carbs, 7 grams fat, 3 grams protein)

Lunch-
Tuna melt (405 calories, 27 grams carbs, 21 grams fat, 22 grams protein)

Dinner-
Gluten free vegan lasagna (290 calories, 41 grams carbs, 9 grams fat, 11 grams protein)

Snacks-
Cranberry, raisin, and nut trail mix (too much)
Single serve no sugar added diced pears cup
Canned peaches in extra light syrup, I ate the whole 3 1/2 serving can.
Organic popcorn with oil and salt (had a lot)

Too many snacks, I know. The lasagna, which I know has a reputation for being unhealthy, does have less calories and fat than my tuna melt. I'm wondering which is better. Any thoughts? Or maybe they are both bad, I'm not really sure what to eat since I'm not a great cook, I can't have gluten and am following an animal friendly diet. I do eat tuna, eggs, beef on occasion, shrimp on occasion, but not much else from animals. I wouldn't mind eating beef and shrimp more often though.

Side note- My PCOS is acting up, hormones are slightly off, going to the doctor next month, as she had no earlier openings.
 
If homemade both tuna melt and lasagna can be perfectly healthy. If shop-bought they both tend to be greasy, salty and low in veg...
 
I only had a small afternoon snack this afternoon when I usually have much more. Very happy with myself. I'm going to try my very best to go easy on the snacking tonight too. I have a busy day tomorrow so I'll weigh in on Saturday.
