Weighed in this morning, lost another 1.5 lbs!!!

Now time to exercise. I may have a new exercise buddy. A chipmunk got in the garage and possibly the basement where I exercise. Lol. As much as I'd like company he's got to go. Set a live trap last night but he is still about.

In other news my mental health is so so. Doing better today, hope it lasts.
 
Hey Butterfly - just wanted to send you internet hugs and let you know you're doing great. Laughed about the chipmunk - have you caught him yet?!
 
Pesky chipmunk. They are very cute though, but inside, not so much I would imagine. Hope you are having a nice week-end butterfly xoxo

Screwed up a little bit yesterday, was smart enough to buy single serving packs of guacamole but stupid enough to eat 3 at once. Probably too much fat. Then of course I had chips with it :( But not that many, I tend to smother the chips in guacamole. Also didn't exercise. But on a good note, I did resist the urge to go out for frozen yogurt despite intense cravings.

I'll do better today.

Gluten free pasta with diary free margarine (very depressed this morning, couldn’t get myself to make a healthy choice)


Snack-

Handful of peanuts


Lunch-

Organic hotdog with ketchup

Broccoli with sweet onion dressing

Grilled onions


Snacks-

None


Dinner-

Gluten free tuna melt


Snacks-

Organic blue corn chips

Single serving guacamole

2 hardboiled eggs

Little bit of plain goat’s milk yogurt


Exercise- none
