I know i have to do alot of cardio but i was wondering if i still have to have protein in my diet?
I also want to know how you guys keep up with your guys workouts, cause its almost been a year since i started to workout and im starting to lose interest in it. im starting to get lazy and tired quick. what do you guys/girls do to keeep your spirits up?
