Did up most of my meals/snacks for tomorrow on MFP and should easily be under my cals and sodium. Hopefully that will equal a good weigh in on Friday.

Had another good day today. Under cals and quite far under on sodium, however my tummy is feeling a bit upset and that can sometimes reek a bit of havoc on my weigh ins. The scale was kind to me today but really want it to be kind for me tomorrow since that's official weigh in day.
Been feeling a bit lazy bout updating on here lately so don't mind my short posts.
This weekend I might do 1800 cals then bump back down and do 1500 cals next week again.
Had another client comment that I was getting skinny, haha. Considering I wear loose fitting scrub type clothes, they must all see it in my face I guess.

Oh I love when other people comment on the weight loss. Just boosts your confidence and willpower.
 
Great weigh in today! Though I wonder if I was a touch dehydrated, but I will take it!! I weighed in last time at 146 though I think a good bit of that was water weight, and I am down 3.4 pounds to 142.6! Yay!

Starting Weight: 168lb (Original Weight from a few years ago, my heaviest)
Current Weight: 142.6 lb
Mini Goal: 155lb by October 27th *MADE MINI GOAL Oct 19th*
Mini Goal: 150 lb by November 15th *MADE MINI GOAL Nov 9th*
Mini Goal: 145 lb By Dec 7th *Didn't make it* New Date: March 1 *MADE MINI GOAL Feb 22*
New Mini Goal: 140 lb By April 5th

Here are some pics I took today while trying on my horse show clothes.

This jacket was tight on me last year. Now it's much too loose. In the right hand pic I tried to gather the excess to show where it should roughly fit.

The shirt on the left fit me really tight last year. To the point it was pulling quite badly across the chest. I can't believe I used to wear those pants, They were almost comically too big!!

It's really good for me to try on some of my old clothes. It helps me to see how far I have actually come. I can see I look better in my clothes most of the time, however still stepping out of the shower I feel greeted by the same fat body I had 25 pounds ago.
 
BTW, ate under my 1800 calories today. Have my lunch/dinner/snacks packed up for going to my parents' house for the day tomorrow.
My horse hasn't felt as great the last couple days. I think I increased my work a bit too quick accidentally so I am gonna back off a minute or 2 and wait till he feels better again before increasing again.

Happy about my abdomen and hip measurements. Glad the thigh is coming down to! Total os 2.75" lost since I last measured!
 
Was over my cals today. Probably just over maintenance. Gonna eat 1800 tomorrow then do 1500 next week.

Looking at the pics I really wonder if I will have to lose more than 15 more pounds. My stomach just does not seem to be wanting to go away! Hopefully it will suddenly just drop off!

Oh, and my horse felt better today. It seems he still sometimes has to get used to it when I add some more work, then feels better again in a couple days. But in a couple more weeks he should be 100% healed and so should hopefully not have these slightly less good feeling days.

To now, 142.6 pounds

Down a total of 17.5 inches!
 
Tremendous progress MR. 6 inches off the abdomen measurement is fantastic. Keep up the excellent work.

Thanks. I have at least 15 more to lose, but with how things are looking, may need to lose more. Will see once I get closer to my goal.
 
Hey Mystic - you look great in the pics-& I agree with Mands - U are already in the normal range, ..... and you are only 14 lbs from goal...that is so great.

Thanks. Hoping that the 14-15 pounds will be enough to get to where I want to be but time will tell.
Should finish up nicely in 1500 cals today. A little high on the sodium but not terrible. I ended up having chinese food yesterday instead of what I planned to have. I had bought a new food to try and so made that for supper last night. GROSS!!! My parents had ordered in chinese so I had some of that. Still I think stayed in my cals but I forgot I had it when I weighed this morning and was like 'why is it so high?!... oh ya, chinese food" haha.
 
ok- dish girl....?? what was that new gross food you bought??? ( gotta make sure I never buy any.... ) lol .....
