Thank guys. Still have to reclean some tack as I missed some spots or didn't get it all off the first go round but was too lazy to do that today.
Had a good calorie day today. The scale wasn't happy this morning but I think that's cause I got home so late yesterday so ate my dinner and all my snacks between 7:30 and 9 so had too much food in my stomach will in the morning.

BTW, for the first time someone who didn't know I was trying to lose weight commented on my weight loss. A client at work asked me if I had lost weight, and when I told her she was the first to say anything she was surprised and said it was quite obvious and said I looked great. Nice when others finally notice it!

Congrats on the nice compliment from the person. I think it's well earned. To some extent, it's almost easier when you're a ton overweight (like myself) to drop a bunch of pounds and grab compliments all over the place. But when it's only a few pounds you want to lose, it takes a ton of work just to make that small little difference. Congrats on doing so.

Don't worry about the scale - it was not happy bc you had dinner late - try again tomorrow morning!!
 
Thanks guys. I am worried about weigh in tomorrow. I was high again this morning, need to 'drop' nearly 2 pounds to make my goal for this month. I think it was sodium again. Though I was under my sodium yesterday, I had a high sodium supper so hoping that's the only reason I am holding on to some water weight. Arg, just looked at my sodium for today and I am over again! My dinner was higher sodium than I thought too so it's not looking good for tomorrow.
Gonna try to drink a lot of water before bed and hope to pee it all out! Crossing fingers!

What a terrible weigh in today. I am UP 1.2 pounds! I ate the best this week compared to the last 3 weeks and though I was over my sodium yesterday it was only by a small bit. Not enough to account for 1.2 pounds!!! Grrr!So much for making the month's challenge goal of 144.

Starting Weight: 168lb (Original Weight from a few years ago, my heaviest)
Current Weight: 146 lb
Mini Goal: 155lb by October 27th *MADE MINI GOAL Oct 19th*
Mini Goal: 150 lb by November 15th *MADE MINI GOAL Nov 9th*
Mini Goal: 145 lb By Dec 7th *Didn't make it* New Date: March 1 *MADE MINI GOAL Feb 22*
New Mini Goal: 140 lb By April 5th
Final Goal: 128lb
 
Hey Mystic - ... U know weight-loss is not linear gal -- so don't fret... could very well be just fluid/water weight adjusting in your body up/down...

..when your body is ready - it will let the weight -go ... meantime- just keep up your healthy work -keeping in those calorie limits.. 140 by Apr.5- U will do it!...and bet that 1.2 pound "bump" will be gone in a wink...

Probably wont be replying a lot this weekend as I only have my phone not my computer as I am staying at my parents house to help my mom take care of my nieces and nephew while my bro and sis in law are on vacation.
Today I ate about 450 cals over my cals. It's gonna be harder to stay on track as I am at my parents. I am also going to Cora's for breakfast with friends on Sunday and who knows what their cals are.
 
Finished off probably a bit above maintenance. :( whoops. That's ok as long as I stay under the rest of the weekend. I can also add some 1500 cal days next week if I need.
 
Your weigh in is not too bad - such a small number it could easily be fluid - or you gained muscle?
Have fun at your parents & with your nieces and nephew!
 
Thanks. A quick stop in as I am still on my phone. Definitely not a good eating weekend. Gonna do 1500 cals next week.
 
Hey Mystic - good plan- do some 1,500cal days this week- to off-set the weekend eats... & dont' forget - U R normal weight range now !! ... so no need to pressure yourself too much- ...U can do gradual loss now..

Fab on a great day with under 1500 cal!! I know what you mean by the categories....I can't wait to be "overweight" and leave the "obese" category. As screwed up as that sounds right? :)
 
Thanks guys. Under 1500 calories again today (though had a lot of sodium filled food). My horse is feeling better and better with each ride.

Did well on calories and sodium today. Under 1500 cals.
Made a large decision about my horse riding. I probably posted about thinking about switching barns back in December, but hadn't fully decided. Today I went and watched the trainer I'm interested in teach a friend of mine and finally made the decision to be put on the wait list. Hoping to be able to move there sometime this spring.
