There you go, well done. I was actually tempted for a sec myself today, as my dinner was a sort of "eat half, wrap the other half up" thing, but when it came time to wrap the other half up, I wanted to put it in my mouth instead of a plastic bag. But I didn't.
 
Weighed myself this morning and was 147.6 so I think my high weigh in on Friday was cause I had a higher sodium meal or something. Won't count my weigh ins as official though. Will wait till next friday but it was good to see the scale was down closer to where I was expecting it.
 
Eating well today but I just have NO energy to work out still. I'm not sure if it's cause I truly have no energy, or if I am just being lazy cause I didn't work out last week. What I need to do is get myself down to the gym and see how I feel once I am actually working out. Then if I just feel dead and that I am working far too hard for what I normally do then I can say it's truly cause I have no energy (have a bit of a stuffy nose/scratchy throat so I may actually be a touch sick yet) or if I was just being lazy and actually feel ok once I am down there and doing it.

BTW, stiff the past couple days from riding! 2 weeks off riding and a couple rides make you very stiff! Stiff inner and outer thighs especially.

Thanks. I did go ride so I at least got up and about a bit today. Will see what tomorrow holds.
I was over my calories by about 250. Not horribly bothered by that as long as it's no more than once a week. I've eaten very well this week, so not fussed.
 
Oh I know what by the energy being low. I've been trying for 3 weeks to get on the treadmill but I literally have ZERO energy to do anything. I'm taking medication that one of the side effects is exhaustion - so it's killing me as I'm normally the Energizer bunny and can never sit still - no I'm completely the opposite.

But at least you still go riding. So maybe your body just needs a rest.

Just keep the focus - you are doing so great!!
 
Thanks. It's so hard when you feel so tired to do anything. Not even sure if I will make it to the barn today. :(
So I am currently addicted to french toast!! I haven't had it for ages, and had never actually made it myself! But now I can't stop making it! I used to always have it with syrup but syrup has SO many calories!! So instead I have it with cinnamon and splenda! So good and under 300 calories for 2 slices of it!! Ran out of toast though so gotta go grocery shopping!
 
Isn't there some sort of national law there where you have consume 2 cups of maple syrup a day? Don't let your neighbours (note the 'u') hear about your Splenda heresy. :D

Hey Mystic - the Frenchtoast sounds yummy - u can try some fruit in blender too as a low-cal topping - it's not bad...

& get Ur butt to workin' out...even just a little --- dont' U have an exercise room right in your building?? ( a trick a co-worker taught me- even if it's just 15mins.- give it a little-try...sometimes that's all it takes to get in-gear again>_

YUM... I LOVE French toast!!! I make it with the protein cinnamon bread I made, it's soooo good.

Was under my calories today. Don't know exactly where I was on them as I had to guess a bit with the vietnamese food I had for supper but I had a lot of calories left over for it so I think I still did well. No exercise, gotta get going with that.
 
French toast! Yuuummmmmm! I love bread, ANY bread and not allowed any bread on my Cohens. But as long as you enjoyed it!

We both have to get our butts in gear with the exercise story - let's try this week ok!
 
Ate well today. Went grocery shopping so I have food for the rest of the week. Went to the barn and rode the horse I am riding while my horse heals. Had to be just a light ride cause it's getting quite cold out and I didn't want him to get sweaty and go out wet into the cold. Then spent time with my horse just hanging out and grooming him. His knee is looking quite good today. I thought it looked quite a bit less swollen today. Just want this scary period to be over!

Nice you got to hang out with your horse :) Good that you think that his knee is less swollen. Don't worry - this scary period will be over. :hug2:

Thanks guys. My horse's name is Elis. Went out and saw him today. Tried to spend a bit of extra time with him since he was stuck inside today due to the weather being -19 degrees. Brr. I was so exhausted on the drive home from the barn I thought I might fall asleep at the wheel! And it was only 2:30 in the afternoon. I think it's just this bit of a cold that keeps lingering on! Doing well on my calories.
