Thanks guys. As always the day after eating 'bad' is where I struggle the most with keeping on track as my body craves the bad stuff. I also got off work fairly early and don't go to my dance class till 8 so I have been just on the computer and tv so I am bored and that increases my want to eat. I should have taken my dog for a walk or something to waste some time (and burn calories

).
However I think that I did ok.
I had 3 mini pita sandwiches for lunch with a slice of turkey sandwich meat each, and 2 very thin slices of cheese.
And a yop
I tried to have an apple but it wasn't a good one
I had a snack of a cheese bun (160 calories)
I then had 4 mini pita sandwiches with tuna and a small amount of light mayo
I tried to have some water melon but it was gross (which sucks, I love watermelon and the last few times I got it it was so good despite being out of season).
I was having a really hard time not putting something else in my mouth so I had a tablespoon of peanut butter.
One of the biggest aids to my weight loss is that I like Mio drink mixes!! I used to be a nestea iced tea junky (the sugary mix) and would have glass upon glass! I didn't like any low/no calorie drinks/mixes cause the Aspartame in it made me feel sick, but Mio's don't have Aspartame in it and I don't feel sick at all drinking it and it nicely replaces my iced tea addiction!
