Under my 1500 cals for my last day at my parents' house! Back to my own house where things are so much easier!!
Got some easter chocolate since it's on sale. Half way through the large chocolate bunny I got, and 2 cream eggs down (on top of some other chocolate I have haha. Think I'm addicted) I do still want to slowly change my eating to include more veggies and fruits and protein but it's gonna have to be a slow change to keep me on the wagon haha.
Had great rides on my horse and my friend's horse today. My horse was totally amazing and got some good work out of him. My friend's horse came so far in the few times I've ridden her. Wish her owner would continue to ride her this way, but probably won't happen.
Can't remember if I said this already or not but I haven't weighed myself since Saturday morning as I have been at my parents' place since then. I have been fine not getting on a scale, not anxious or whatever, though I am excited to see after the good weigh in I had Saturday where I was in the 130's. I get to weigh myself tomorrow for the first time and hoping to see a good number, however Friday is my official day. I am not sure how good my official weigh in will be as my sister in law wants to go for dinner tomorrow night. Having a high sodium meal the night before weigh in is never a good thing! Really, it doesn't matter. It's not like I'm gaining actual weight, and the next week's weigh in should just be a 'bigger loss', but it's nice to see the numbers you want to see.
I really think I will need to lose more than the weight I thought I would need to lose as things aren't looking so great in the mirror left, and with only about 10 more pounds to lose I don't think it's gonna be enough. We'll see.
