Under my 1500 cals for my last day at my parents' house! Back to my own house where things are so much easier!!
Got some easter chocolate since it's on sale. Half way through the large chocolate bunny I got, and 2 cream eggs down (on top of some other chocolate I have haha. Think I'm addicted) I do still want to slowly change my eating to include more veggies and fruits and protein but it's gonna have to be a slow change to keep me on the wagon haha.
Had great rides on my horse and my friend's horse today. My horse was totally amazing and got some good work out of him. My friend's horse came so far in the few times I've ridden her. Wish her owner would continue to ride her this way, but probably won't happen.
Can't remember if I said this already or not but I haven't weighed myself since Saturday morning as I have been at my parents' place since then. I have been fine not getting on a scale, not anxious or whatever, though I am excited to see after the good weigh in I had Saturday where I was in the 130's. I get to weigh myself tomorrow for the first time and hoping to see a good number, however Friday is my official day. I am not sure how good my official weigh in will be as my sister in law wants to go for dinner tomorrow night. Having a high sodium meal the night before weigh in is never a good thing! Really, it doesn't matter. It's not like I'm gaining actual weight, and the next week's weigh in should just be a 'bigger loss', but it's nice to see the numbers you want to see.
I really think I will need to lose more than the weight I thought I would need to lose as things aren't looking so great in the mirror left, and with only about 10 more pounds to lose I don't think it's gonna be enough. We'll see.

Thanks, though the scale was not kind to me. TOM is upon me today, which explains the unkind scale this morning, which really sucks cause I know I am in the 130's and really wanted to be able to officially record it tomorrow morning! Now will have to wait till next week. Sigh.
So far doing well on cals, may or may not being going out for supper today. Hoping not too though cause I have my day all planned out for eating at home.
 
TOM always screws me up too. I hate it. lol! My day was also a little messed up by going out to lunch, but I think I did ok. Hopefully you can find something that keeps you in your calories, if you end up going. :)
 
Thanks. I finished up roughly at my 1500 calorie goal. Can't be totally certain cause I don't know what all went into the food, but from my guesstimates I seem to be pretty much right on it.
Tomorrow I will unfortunately have no idea what my cals will be. Going with my Mom to a restaurant called Cora's. It's a crepe/waffle/pancake place and has ZERO nutritional info available. So gonna have to give that a guess. I have 1800 cals so should be able to stay roughly within it. Taking the day off work tomorrow (had Wednesday off work too) thanks to the weather we have had this week (snow) we are slower at work and sometimes I like to take a few extra days off when I can. So gonna got for lunch (won't eat breakfast) at 11, then head straight to the barn and ride, then maybe get my nails done after that (I have gel nails and am way past due getting them done). This should keep me busy enough to not feel bored and wanting to eat.
 
Stupid TOM. I was IN the 130's on Saturday April 6th!! I was there! It should have been a great weigh in today!!! Instead TOM came and ruined it. Well, at least it's down (barely) instead of up (like it was yesterday). Down 0.2 pounds

Was gonna finish about 100 cals over my 1800 today. Until, after I ate all my cals, I got invited to a friends house and they had chips and such and I munched too much. Oh well. Gonna try to stay under tomorrow and Sunday and I should still be on track for my weekly cals.

Thanks guys! And guess what?! In the 130's again today!!!! Why do I keep hitting it the day AFTER weigh ins!!! Grr, haha!
Did great on calories today under my 1800 cal goal, plus was up and about today doing some tidying of my apartment (still have a LOT to go, I live like a hoarder most of the time, but there are people coming in to do some work so I need to make it ok looking) so burned off a few extra cals. Rode my horse as well.
Went out and Bought New Rules Of Lifting to try to get back to the gym and lifting weights, but clearly didn't read the version I bought well enough, got it home and realized it was for middle aged people!! Whoops. Gotta return it and get the regular version.

Yay for the good weigh in!! I know the feeling about a better weigh in after the official weigh in - not that I am complaining - I am always happy to see lower numbers.

Thanks guys. Wasn't able to exchange that book cause I forgot the receipt at home (and did not feel like putting the effort into driving down to the store) but will try to do it sometime early this week.
Didn't ride today cause I went and watched The Hobbit around lunch then went for supper with friends then hung with them afterwards. Also didnt eat great. Finished under 2200 cals so not horrid. I was still under my weekly goal so it should not really affect my next weigh in on Friday (may affect tomorrow's weigh in due to sodium though)
 
Was pleasantly surprised today when I stepped on the scale that I was the same as yesterday's weigh in after a high sodium restaurant meal last night. Still hoping for the scale to drop by a good pound from today's weigh in (since I didn't see much of a drop the last 2 weeks).
After this Friday's weigh in (if I finally hit my mini goal weight) I really want to get to the gym and start lifting. I don't really want to do it this week cause I really want to hit my mini goal and when you start back up lifting it can sometimes show a gain on the scales due to fluid retention in the muscles. Hopefully I can get that book exchanged tomorrow or Wednesday so I can get a good bit read of it by this weekend as I would like to start this weekend.
So far with the meals I have planned I should end up within my cals for the day. Feeling a bit tired and not wanting to go to the barn even though I know I should both for my horse's sake (as well as making sure we are ready for show season for my sake) but also cause it keeps me out of the house and not thinking about food for a good 2+ hours longer. Will see yet, especially since I will probably be able to get off work early I REALLY should go!
 
Great job, Mystic! Well, if you're like me after a high sodium meal, you're holding some water. Since you came in the same in your weigh-in, that would suggest you do have a loss coming! Good luck!

Finished up my calories today about 60 over my 1500 cals, but did a lot of cleaning today so burned a good amount of calories off, so I am fine with being over by a bit.
My house (at least the main areas that the people would see) are clean now. Would love to force myself to keep it this way but I generally fall back into old habits. Should try to go about it more like my weight loss. Just gotta do it!

Great job on burning those calories with the cleaning. My house could use a good cleaning too. I blame the children. lol. Hope you have a another good day today! :)
