Thanks! I am hoping and praying to hit the 130's by next friday's weigh in! Hoping things are moving again after my little stall!
 
A good weigh in again this week. Down 1.2 pounds! Finally the scale is doing what I want, though I didn't quite make my mini goal. I SHOULD be there next week.

Starting Weight: 168lb (Original Weight from a few years ago, my heaviest)
Current Weight: 140.4 lb
Mini Goal: 155lb by October 27th *MADE MINI GOAL Oct 19th*
Mini Goal: 150 lb by November 15th *MADE MINI GOAL Nov 9th*
Mini Goal: 145 lb By Dec 7th *Didn't make it* New Date: March 1 *MADE MINI GOAL Feb 22*
New Mini Goal: 140 lb By April 5th *Didn't make it*
Final Goal: 128lb
 
Congrats on the big drop. Must feel very rewarding to have accomplished so much of your goal. You're just about three quarters of the way there. Congrats!
 
YAY - I saw people joined your thread!! I totally missed it until I read it just now on here! I so automatically go to weight loss diaries & my challenge group!

Thanks guys. I am so excited to hit the 130's. Wanna do it for next week!!!!!!

Was under my 1800 calorie goal today. Was really tired again from a long day of work so didn't make it to the barn after work. Which means I have to be up bright and early tomorrow because I have a Bridal Shower at 2 and it's a potluck so before that I have to ride my horse, go grocery shopping, then make my dip before 2pm. I think I worked it out that I have to leave my house by 8:30am. Yuck!!
 
Continuation of what I was saying earlier. Have a potluck to go to tomorrow so am not really gonna have any ideas on calories, however it's nicely timed during the day for me I think. It's at 2 pm. So I am gonna be awake and out my door at 8:30am, drive to the barn ride my horse (possibly another horse if I seem to be ahead of schedule). Roar off to the grocery store and buy ingredients for my dip for the potluck, rush home and make the dip (needs an hour just to bake, plus prep time), shower and get ready, and have a quick lunch while it's in the oven. Go to the potluck, and really eat what I want with no real issues. It'll probably be on till maybe 5, so will probably try to not eat again till 7 or 8 and only eat a couple low calorie snacks.
I was really under my cals most every day this week, including today, so as long as I stay under my 1800 goal on sunday having one higher day doesn't worry me.

Just a quick drop in before I head to the barn to say…
I stepped on the scale this morning to a number in the 130's!!!!!!! Darn it that I didn't hit it yesterday or I would have made my goal and it would have been official!
 
Man, what a stressful day. Overall it was a decent day. I got to the barn and rode both horses and they were both great. Took my horse over trot and canter poles for the first time since his injury and he was really good about them. Got to the grocery store, got my potluck dip made, had tomato soup for lunch and got ready (noticed I have loose skin around my arm pit/ bra area :( ), went to the potluck. Ate enough but hopefully not crazy, wish I hadn't had that piece of cake cause it was SO not worth the calories (yuck). I put down about 1000 cals for that, though really don't have a clue what I all ate calorie wise.
Had an annoying stressful phone call from my dad. The sh*t is hitting the fan in my parents' relationship and because I am the child that lives the closest I get to deal with it the most. The result of this phone call is that I am now having to stay at my parents' house for today till Wednesday to watch the dogs. It's so annoying to have to drag all my food and clothing and crap over to their place and it's harder to stay on track there. It hopefully won't be too bad as most of the days I am gonna be going to work so will have less time to sit around their place, plus planning to ride every day so keeping the same schedule as I normally do during the week. Tomorrow I am gonna ride both horses, and I am gonna go watch a bit of a horse show that's going on (crap, that means dragging my huge camera along as well, oh man) so that means I will be out of the house for a good bit tomorrow too so hopefully that will make it easier to stay on track (unless of course I crave the horse show food, but I am only going for probably 2 classes and I think they are fairly small so I won't be there too long).
Gonna quickly pass through a few more diaries then I gotta pack up all my crap and head to my parents' place.

Don't worry about the cake - by the sound of it you have been doing tons of exercise (horse riding)
I did have pizza/sweets today - that i didn't really like - I had it for a silly reason - so i spent the whole afternoon in the gym/outside track to work it off.

Oh Mystic, sorry about all the drama going on in your life. Life has its moments hey?

We need to find a solution for this armpit/bra area as it's irritating me very bad!!!

Not having a great day today. I was lazy and did not go ride my horse (which is very bad as he only got ridden 3 times this week instead of the 5 he needs (or the 6 I would really like) and I really need to be riding him very consistently to build up his muscles and stamina for the show season ahead. Can't have weeks like this again. I also didn't go watch my friend horse show. I have just sat at my parents' house ALL day. And of course since I am bored and nothing to do I am eating more than I should.
It's not terrible as I still have 1000 cals leftover in my weekly calorie goal, so unless I eat over that I still will have the deficit I want. I might end up at 2200 cals for the day which would leave me with an additional weekly deficit of about 800 cals.

Here's my math. My average TDEE is about 2300 cals.
2300 X 7 = 16,100 Cals I burn a week

If I eat all my weekly cals in my calorie goal I would eat 1800 a day
1800 X 7 = 12,600

16,100 - 12,600 = 3,500 which is roughly a one pound loss per week.
So if I finish off this week not eating 800 of those weekly cals my deficit is
3,500 + 800 = 4,300 deficit for the week.
 
Hey Mystic - we have bad days - I really hope you can get into the routine of riding your horse 5/6 times a week.
I hope things change for you soon! I wish you a more fun new week!

Under 1500 cals today. Went and rode my horse and the other horse I am riding for this week yet. My horse was quite good considering the lack of riding he had last week. Allowed my dogs to run around the arena to waste some energy. Got a video. Partway through you will see my dog find a stick to play with that might have been slightly too big for him.
 
I like the way the dog looks at you after trying to pick up the stick: "Hey, can I get some help with this over here?"
 
Haha, thanks guys. The dobie (Daytag) and the small black dog (Bear) are my parents' dogs, the little white thing (Stryder) is mine.
Doing well on cals today and should finish nicely under 1500 (debating if my last bit of cals will go to honey on some bread or to part of my giant easter bunny I bought today, haha. I thought I had it decided but now I am not sure again!
Had a great ride on my horse and on my friend's horse. Took my dogs for a walk around the Grand Prix riding ring at the barn so they could get some exercise.
