Yeh, well ive only gorwn 1/2 an inch in about 1/2 a yr. So umm, i dont think i have really started my growthh spurt yet :S

I am starting to get testipops which is a good sign that im becoming a man, other than the more obvious ones :p
 
i have a question, does i need 8% bf to start bulking? i was (83 kilos) 22%bf, now i`m 73 kilos, (22 pounds less!!) i think i`m like 14% bf i can start bulkin, i want the abs , the chest, and the arms , all of them super tonified... like this dude or like this one , with 14% bf i can start and end like does guys?? and how many time i will take to be like them??
 
To look like them your bodyfat percentage would probably have to be around 7 or 8%.. AND you'd need muscle under there. It could take 10 weeks, it could take 10 months, it all depends.
 
the only way to get that body is to have first the 7-8 bf%?. Before bulking is not very skinny? , well lets say i have 7-8% what i can do for the to come up in 10 weeks?? muscular mass growing right? and diet for mass growing (40% protein,30%cab, 30% fat(of course not chips and that stuff lol)) if i do make a diet and work out 3 times a week i will get that body??
 
ohh my father told me that in 4 month i can get that body but i really have to work very hard, does my father is correct?:D
 
but he toldme that he made it in 4 month , dieting, 3 times a week in the gym and 2 cycling.. and he get his abs and pecs... jeje
