Bulking

oowww but still. Ive now got abit of lower ab flab sticking out. I think my main problem is eating cottage cheese before bed :mad: i onlyy eat it so i dont lose my muscle over night, but im lactose intolerent and i get bad gas...

Ahh and im gaining fat on my face! thats one of the last places i wanna gain fat....thats it :mad: im cutting down the calories and its bak to the normal diet again :eek: Or i may just cut the SOME carbs, milk in the shake and cottage cheese before bed lol.
 
ack.. when i used to eat a lot of proteon shakes and take creatine.. i started nticing a lot of fat on my face.. like i could feel it when i laughed.. lol..

no one said this was goign to be easy... keep going at it strong dont give up!!! im gonna be going threw tha same thing in 3 weeks! for 5 months!!! so yeah.. keep strong dont loose focus on what your goals are!! :-D
 
Fuel I know why your losing weight! Your doing too much running and cardio. You need to just bulk. and then bulk some more. its soo nice.
 
yeah.. im trying to get cut up for xmas time to show off to my family ^_^ make my brother jealous.. and pull in a lot of chicks.. lolz
but when i come back im doing a stricked bulking routine! (cutting in the summer) wich i still need to come up with :-/ actually im gonna put my routine together tonight :-D

so far i have this..
-6 or 7 meals
-1 gallon of watter a day
-218 protein
-363 carbs
-2900 calories
-8 hours of sleep

7:00 Breakfast (oatmeal and whole eggs. w/ milk)

10:30 Mid-morning snack (protein snack?)


1:00 PM noon lunch ( tuna sub, tuna salad, turkey salad, or turkey sub. w/ milk 30g

4:00 Pre-training meal (protein shake 30g,or omelet w/ milk 30g)

6:00 TRAINING

7:30 Post-training shake (protein shake 40g)

8:30 Post-post-training meal

10:30 Bed snack/shake 2 glasses of milk 16g


to much milk.. lmao >_<
 
lol, well i dont have anything to add to that, but so far so good i reckon.

I think ull put on mass nicley :D

I seriously dont know if i can keep this bulking up, seriously, i just got a short hair cut and the fat on my face and in my ears are coming back and ive almost fully lost my six pack! thats how s**t my metabolism is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :mad:

Now excuse me as i step infront of a car...
 
guys keep it up its all worth it in the end, keep looking at the big picture. and stay away from those cars tim we don't want to scrap your ass off the pavement.. all in due time, it'll happen just keep your focus and be proud of yourself. :)
 
Tim, take lactaid pills if you need them. I hate to sound like this, but if you want to bulk, just bulk and quit worrying about the six pack. It's winter anyway, when are you gonna go without your shirt on. Fuel might, but he'd prob go shirtless in snow.

Check out . They're some articles and if you register, Lyle has a great "bulking" diet set up to where you're never very far off from your abs.

Fuel, you need fish oil and a lot more vegetables and a few servings of breakfast. You could easily blend up the milk, oatmeal, and berries in a blender for breakfast.

Lactaid pills are for those who cannot digest lactose (they cut out all the unpleasantness so you can eat foods with lactose).

And oh, my bad. Just count your calories and shoot for half a pound of weight gain a week if you're that worried about your abs.

Evo. I might take fish oil like you said. It reduces inflammation, I read. How much do I take and does it do anything else?

Fuel, optimally you should try to get 3g per lb of body weight for carbs and 1g per lb of body weight for protein. You def. should get at least 400g carbs. Take your post-workout within a 30min time slot after working out. I would have eggs once a day and add natural pb or nuts to your diet. I have mine posted in my diary. Took me awhile to get it worked out : ).
 
lol no jenn, that is deff not my goal, what i was meaning is that kinda routine, to bulk up quick? That way i wouldnt have to be on this bulk for to long to start seeing some good changes and i could get straight back down to cutting again.

Meg im trying to do bench at my gym, but im afraid to ask for random spoters lol, so i use the bench press machine.
 
lol ok tim that is wayyyy better goal, man u had me scared! that other pic was enough to turn me off for... well long enough. lol. by 25 you got it, thats doable if you work hard for it. so keep up the good work and you can achieve anything :)
