Eating between 3500-4000 calories a day, on a 90-95% clean diet doing a FBW 3xweek always starting with squats or deads for optimal HGH release and drinking three 25g protein shakes a day with one always after a workout, how much weight gain in 7 1/2 months should someone who is 140-145 lbs starting out see?I started bulking like this the day after Christmas and on July 13 when I got weighed on the scale at the Marine recruiters office I was a little over 180lbs.Even now I'm still about as big as I was then but I've beencutting like an emo kid(HIIT and long runs 5xweek), I don't have a six pack but I have the arch at the top of my abdominals and that V-taper that you get from your hip flexors, also all my muscles are more defined.I was just wondering if this was a normal amount of weight to gain in the given amount of time?I don't think I gained too much fat either.Sorry about the long post, I was just curious.
