Snuck on the scale this morning to see how I faired after the weekend. I ate a bit too much but exercised very well.
277.8
That's only .2 loss but the important thing is....its not a gain. I am in good enough condition now that I can wipe out a few bad food choices with exercise.
Now I must focus in on my Dr Appointment on the 27th. My goal was to be at 275 by then. That's only 2.8lb away and I have 9 days. I think I can, I think I can...
 
If you can do that over Christmas you´ll save yourself a bit of work come 2018 and take a boost in confidence.
 
December final report
Not sure how but I am up a bit on my weight
This morning I was 281
I hated to see the 280s after dipping briefly into the 270s but it is what it is.
Truth be told, I wasn't very focused on diet nor exercise for the last 2 weeks. I wasn't terrible but I wasn't killing it either.
So time to refocus and try to push through.
January goals
1 lose 10 lb
2 walk 310000 steps ( that's 10k a day average)
3.walk over 10k steps for 1 days in a row (1 down , 9 to go)
3. Walk over 10k steps 21 times in Jan. That's a P. R.
December Mantra:

Well this is kinda crazy but in a good way

That's 5 off in a week.
Been a while since I did that
I expect to bounce up a pound or two
But I think I can kiss the 280s goodbye!
260s are in sight!
New goal- 269 by Jan 20!
