Wow has it been 9 days since I posted! Crazy! I kinda got caught up in tsunamis of the real world.
Still fighting but I have slowed way down.
The bad news- I have only lost 1lb in 2 weeks. I have had several days where I ate too much. Not binges but too much mindless eating in the evenings.
The good news- I have walked 160,000 steps in November and have been over 10,000 9 times. Last night I was at 15,000 and I have lost 25lb which is halfway to my big goal of 50lb loss by my son's wedding June 9.
Today is my birthday so I am trying to renew my purpose and resolve to get that scale moving down again!
