Sounds like a great plan. Make with the prep work tonight to get the meals/snacks/workout gear all arranged.
From your latest journal entries it looks like you've been hyper busy so anything you can do to enlist help around the house will help. Could be time to steal one of oldschool's ideas and remember that making time to get yourself on the right track isn't selfish.
